Transmission Fluid Change
Routinely changing the fluid in your transmission is the only thing you can do to help ensure that changes are done at or before the recommended intervals. The transmission fluid won’t completely break down and cause overheating of the transmission. By routinely changing the pan and filter where applicable, making any necessary adjustments and adding new fluid to the transmission, you are doing what it takes to get the most life out of your transmission. If you have gone past your vehicles recommended transmission fluid change intervals or put your vehicle through extreme use, it may be necessary to perform a complete system flush to remove all of the old, broken down fluid from the transmission. This procedure is only required when the transmission fluid has broken down and is not cooling or lubricating the transmission properly. Be proactive and get your transmission fluid changed BEFORE you start experiencing transmission problems and you can save money in the long run.
We are here to help you get the maximum life and performance from your vehicle and can answer any questions you may have about changing your transmission fluid.
